A £20 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Without this your appointment will not be confirmed. Gift vouchers are not accepted for booking fees.

 

Cancellations with less than 72 hours and no shows will not be refunded booking fees. If a booking fee was not paid, then you will be invoiced £20.

 

If 72 hours or more notice is given, your booking fee can be transferred to another appointment once. Re arranging again after that will result in loosing your booking fee and a new fee will be required for a new booking.

 

Failure to comply with these policies will result in no future bookings.

 

The remaining balance of your appointment will need to be made on the day of the appointment via bank transfer, cash or card.

 

A consultation form will be sent to you electronically, this needs to be completed before attending.

 

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year and are not redeemable against booking fees.

 

Loyalty cards will only be stamped on full priced treatments.
