BOOKING POLICY

Card details are securely held at the time of booking via our booking system Fresha, however no payment will be taken until the appointment is completed.

 

We are currently accepting cash or bank transfer payments only.

 

If you have a gift voucher, please make your booking as normal and bring the voucher with you on the day of your appointment. No payment will be taken at the time of booking.

 

Appointments may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice or more, max 2 times.

 

Appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

 

No shows and reschedules or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

CONSULTATION FORMS

A consultation form will be sent electronically and must be completed before attending your appointment.

GIFT VOUCHERS​

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable against booking fees.

 

LOYALTY CARDS

Loyalty cards will only be stamped on full-priced treatments.
