Booking Policy:
Card details are securely held at the time of booking via our booking system Fresha, however no payment will be taken until the appointment is completed.
Appointments can be rescheduled if you provide 48 hours or more notice.
Any changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a £20 charge to your card.
No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.
Card payments will incur a £2 processing fee. Bank transfers and cash payments are free of charge.

Consultation Forms:
A consultation form will be sent electronically and must be completed before attending your appointment.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable against booking fees.
Loyalty Cards:
Loyalty cards will only be stamped on full-priced treatments.
