BOOKING POLICY
Card details are securely held at the time of booking via our booking system Fresha, however no payment will be taken until the appointment is completed.
Cash or bank transfer is preferred to help keep costs low. Card payments are accepted with a £2 processing fee.
If you have a gift voucher, please make your booking as normal and bring the voucher with you on the day of your appointment. No payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Appointments may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice or more, max 2 times.
Appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
No shows and reschedules or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

A consultation form will be sent electronically and must be completed before attending your appointment.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable against booking fees.
LOYALTY CARDS
Loyalty cards will only be stamped on full-priced treatments.

THE WELLNESS SUITE T&Cs
To ensure a safe, relaxing, and respectful environment for all guests, please read and adhere to the following terms before using the Wellness Suite at SKN by Sonia.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Your session will start and end at the booked time, late arrivals will result in reduced session time. Unfortunately, we cannot offer extensions or adjustments for lateness.

WHAT TO BRING & WEAR
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Activewear is ideal for movement, and a towel is suitable for the sauna. We have a private changing space with toilet facilities available. Footwear must be removed before entering. Clean socks or slippers are recommended. Robes, towels and slippers are provided.
CLEANLINESS & RESPECT
Please treat the Wellness Suite and all equipment with care and leave it as you found it. The suite is cleaned and checked between each booking. Guests are expected to report any damage, issues, or malfunctions immediately. Any deliberate damage or misuse may result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
USAGE & SAFETY
This is a self-guided facility. For your safety, please follow all displayed guidance and only use equipment you feel confident and fit to use. By booking, you confirm:
- You are fit and well to use the suite and will consult your GP if you have any concerns.
- You understand that use of all facilities is at your own risk.
- SKN By Sonia is not liable for injuries or adverse reactions due to misuse or undisclosed health conditions.
- Will stay hydrated throughout your session and listen to your body. If you feel unwell, stop and seek assistance if needed.
SUPERVISION & BEHAVIOUR
The suite is unsupervised during private bookings. This space is strictly for adult women aged 18+ to maintain a calm and safe environment. Children are not permitted. Any inappropriate behaviour or misuse of the space will result in immediate termination of your session and may result in future booking restrictions.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please bring only what you need. Lockers or secure storage are not available, SKN By Sonia cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.
DAMAGES & LIABILITY
The suite and all equipment are checked before and after each session. Any damage caused during your session will be addressed with you and may result in repair or replacement charges. By booking, you accept full responsibility for your actions and agree to use the space mindfully.
CONSENT & AGREEMENT
By booking a session in the Wellness Suite, you confirm that: You are fit and well to use the space and its equipment. You have read, understood, and agreed to all policies stated above. You will treat the environment with respect and care. You accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing during your session.
