A £20 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Without this, your appointment will not be confirmed.

 

Please note, gift vouchers cannot be used towards booking fees.

 

No-shows will result in the full treatment cost being charged and booking fees will not be refunded.

 

If 72 hours’ notice or more is given, your booking fee may be transferred once to a new appointment. Further rescheduling after that will result in loss of the booking fee, and a new fee will be required to make another booking.

 

Failure to comply with these policies may result in refusal of future bookings.

 

The remaining balance of your appointment is due on the day of your treatment and can be paid via bank transfer, cash, or card.

 

A consultation form will be sent electronically and must be completed before attending your appointment.

 

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable against booking fees.

 

Loyalty cards will only be stamped on full-priced treatments.
