    A £20 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Without this your appointment will not be confirmed. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Booking fees must be paid via bank transfer, gift vouchers are not accepted for booking fees. Cancellations with less than 24 hours and no shows will not be refunded booking fees and will be expected to pay 100% of the treatment cost. If 24 hours or more notice is given, your booking fee can be transferred to another appointment. Re arranging again after that will result in loosing your booking fee and a new fee will be required for a new booking. Details on how to pay for booking fees will be provided when booking. Failure to comply with these policies will result in no future bookings. The remaining balance of your appointment will need to be made on the day of the appointment via bank transfer or cash. Booking fees are not required for every appointment however if you have not attended in 3 months, a booking fee will be required for a new booking. A consultation form will be sent to you electronically, this needs to be completed before attending. Aftercare advice will be provided, please follow the advice given for optimal results. Please arrive at the right time. Your appointment will not be extended if you arrive late. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year and are not redeemable against booking fees. Loyalty cards must be bought to every appointment, if you do not bring your card, you will loose a stamp for that appointment. Loyalty cards will only be stamped on full priced treatments.
