What is Cupping?

Cupping therapy is an ancient healing practice that uses suction to promote blood flow, release tension, and support the body’s natural detoxification process. Small cups are placed on the skin to create a vacuum effect, which gently lifts the tissue and encourages circulation. Rooted in traditional medicine and practiced across many cultures, cupping is especially valued in Islamic tradition (known as Hijama) for its spiritual and physical benefits. It is often used to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, improve blood flow, and support overall wellbeing. At our clinic, we follow the Sunnah method of cupping with a calm, spiritually uplifting environment. Each session is tailored to your needs, and carried out with care and hygiene by a trained practitioner.
