About the event
Join us for a beautifully relaxed 2-hour session designed to support both mama and baby. We’ll begin with a guided baby massage class led by a qualified therapist, where you’ll learn soothing techniques to help your baby relax, sleep better, and feel comforted.
After the session, stay and unwind with other mums in a calm, welcoming environment. Enjoy light refreshments, connect, share experiences, and take a moment for yourself - because your wellbeing matters too.
